Why it’s Important

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair.
In this video, I have carefully designed a gentle chair yoga sequence that will help you to feel calm and relaxed throughout your whole mind and body.
All the yoga poses have been modified so that they can be done easily while seated in a chair. Doing yoga will help you to find more energy, bring flexibility back to your joints and reduce the stress in your body.

Align Your Mind and Body

When your Mind and body is in alignment it will help you to increase range of motion, boost your mood and immune system so you can bring your whole mind-body system into balance. A regular yoga practice can assist with reducing stress, anxiety, and tension as well as preventing sickness, disease and will help to slow down the aging process.

Yoga has been a part of my daily practice for over 25 years and it has helped me to maintain my health, vitality, keeping my body in shape and my mind calm and focused, so I can be at my best every day.
